Millones de datos de clientes se ven afectados. Originalmente, la empresa asumi\u00f3 que la infracci\u00f3n se limitaba al mercado estadounidense. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda tener un impacto en otros lugares del mundo. UU.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f5d6ed e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8f5d6ed\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-057f5b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"057f5b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Actualmente circulan diferentes informaciones sobre la magnitud del ataque.<\/p><p>Investigadores de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bleepingcomputer.com\/news\/security\/t-mobile-confirms-servers-were-hacked-investigates-data-breach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bleeping Computer<\/a> contactaron con el actor que ofreci\u00f3 las bases de datos robadas en el ataque. El hacker confirm\u00f3 que la base de datos contiene los datos de unos 100 millones de clientes de T-Mobile, incluyendo: n\u00fameros IMSI, n\u00fameros IMEI, n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono, nombres de clientes, PINs de seguridad, n\u00fameros de seguridad social, n\u00fameros de permiso de conducir y fecha de nacimiento. Los datos se remontan a 2004 y fueron robados de los servidores de T-Mobile a principios de agosto.  <\/p><p>T-Mobile US, por su parte, admiti\u00f3 en su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-mobile.com\/news\/network\/additional-information-regarding-2021-cyberattack-investigation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actualizaci\u00f3n<\/a> del 17 de agosto que, seg\u00fan investigaciones preliminares, m\u00e1s de 40 millones de registros de datos de antiguos, actuales y potenciales clientes est\u00e1n afectados. En los datos afectados, existen diferencias entre clientes prepago y pospago o aquellos interesados en un contrato. Para los aproximadamente 850.000 clientes prepago, se ven afectados los c\u00f3digos de nombre, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y PIN. Estos \u00faltimos se reajustaron como medida de precauci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan el estado actual, no hay indicios de que n\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono, n\u00fameros de cuenta, PINs, contrase\u00f1as o informaci\u00f3n financiera hayan sido comprometidos para clientes contratados y partes interesadas. El atacante puede utilizar los datos personales para un ataque de phishing por correo electr\u00f3nico o SMS, por ejemplo. A trav\u00e9s de la informaci\u00f3n revelada, puede manipularte de forma dirigida. Tambi\u00e9n es posible que el fraude por intercambio de SIM sea posible. Lee detenidamente dicho mensaje y rev\u00edsalo en busca de errores ortogr\u00e1ficos o gramaticales, discursos extra\u00f1os y peticiones. Todo esto puede ser una se\u00f1al de un mensaje falso.  <\/li>\n<li>Ten en cuenta que los atacantes pueden estar usando datos robados durante el incidente para enga\u00f1arte. Esto puede incluir un mensaje relacionado con tu permiso de conducir o situaciones en las que utilices tu n\u00famero de la Seguridad Social. <\/li>\n<li>Bajo ninguna circunstancia debes hacer clic en enlaces de dichos mensajes ni divulgar informaci\u00f3n confidencial.
